The Advanced Diploma in Food Science (Food Safety and Quality Assurance) provides foundational knowledge in food science, microbiology, chemistry, and sanitation with a focus on food safety principles and regulatory requirements. Graduates can work as food safety assistants, quality control technicians, hygiene inspectors, laboratory assistants, or production supervisors in food industries, hospitality sectors, and public health agencies.
