Overview

This course caters for students who are already engaged in the pharmacy field with lower-level certificates as well as fresh candidates who have no work experience in the field. This program will develop students’ theoretical knowledge, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as the clinical and laboratory skills required for work in this field. Entry Requirements

General Entry

  • i) Minimum 2 passes in GCE A Level, including pass in Biology or Chemistry OR
  • ii) Pass in MNQF Level 4 certificate in Pharmacy or higher OR
  • iii) Pass in MNU Certificate 4 - Foundation Studies (Science)

Language Requirements

  • i) Certified proficiency in English (GCE O' Level/IGCSE English/MNU English Language Competency Test or Equivalent

  • Entry requirements are indicative. Depending on the sequence and the number of applications received, all qualifying students may not gain entry.
  • Circumstances may require the University to defer or cancel some courses, especially when the minimum class size (10 for certificate & diploma courses, 15 for Degrees courses) is not achieved.
  • Passes at GCE OL/SSC and HSC is considered to be grades "C" or above and passes at GCE AL is considered to be the grades "E" or above.
