Overview

The Bachelor of Human Resource Management is a generalist undergraduate degree giving an understanding of Human Resource Management (HRM) principles and their applications in organisations. This involves both a broad based multi-disciplinary approach and the opportunity for focused study in a particular discipline area or professional area of practice. This degree also aims to develop students’ knowledge in all HR areas, allowing exposure to different business, management, IT and Accounting modules providing the students more lucrative job options. The course structure is modelled on generalist HRM degrees offered in UK, Australia and New Zealand to enable benchmarking and to allow students from this course to progress to post graduate study in HR or a related field at an overseas university.
